This story is to track the creation of standard build configuration files and scripts for Trilinos on ATDM systems as per the strategy outlined in:
The idea is that ATDM-funded Trilinos Developers, ATDM application developers, ATDM application users, automated builds of Trilinos, and others who build Trilinos on ATDM platforms related to ATDM will use the same set of configuration files and scripts. This will provide a point of collaboration and coordination between all of these people and processes.
