More parameters needed as environment vars and in toml file
I have learned that the following parameters need to be tunable via env vars and toml: det_shape, volume_shape, N_binning, and N_orientations. Right now, I have to change them in the parms.py file and can only start jobs that will use the same settings that are in parms.py. That usually means I can only use the same dataset for all pending jobs, but it can also prevent me from starting jobs where I have the same dataset, but want different parameters in each job.
