Framework: recent change affecting commit messages?

Created by: jhux2

@trilinos/framework

The commit messages, as seen here, have changed over the past day or so. The most recent messages are of the form

Merge pull request #XXYY from <some branch>

Previously, the messages had the first line of the actual commit message, which in my opinion is more helpful.

Is this due to an intentional change in the scripts, or is it perhaps just related to recent PR instabilities?
